『陆』 承诺书和保证书哪个有法律效力

保证书或者承诺书自愿签订的，而且符合条件的，均是具有法律效力的。

承诺书和保证书都是是合同的一种，当然具有法律效力。有效的承诺书或者保证书必须同时满足以下三个条件：

1. 是当事人真实意愿的反映。承诺书或者保证书的内容应当是当事人内心真实意思的表达，不能被强迫或威胁或利诱、欺骗等。

2. 没有违反相关法律规定，承诺书或者保证书的内容必须合乎法律的规定，不能违反法律或行政法规的禁止性规定，否则可能导致承诺书无效。

『捌』 保证书有法律效力吗
