㈡ 处理顾客投诉时有哪些注意事项
胡搅蛮缠型
人物述描：这种顾客不想真正的解决问题，而是想从中谋取更大的利益，甚至会采取威胁、恐吓等手段。
对待方法：对于这种顾客你一旦给其一点甜头，他就会“顺杆而上”，提出更多无理的要求。所以对待这种顾客一定要坚持原则，不要轻易妥协。 案例：这也是笔者此前曾经发布过的一个典型案例。一对富豪夫妇在我商场买了一块劳力士表，但回去后发现表背面写着MADEIN CHINA，在经误导后，找到我们的副总经理。副总经理在未弄清事情原委的前提下，为了息事宁人，欲选择私了，赔偿顾客2万元钱。但这位顾客一看商场理亏，却得势不饶人，欲在退还表款的前提下，再行索赔10万元。副总无权决定，此顾客为了造成影响，将此事捅上媒体，并在商场门前散发报纸，散布商场卖假表的谣言。后双方打上法庭，经权威部门鉴定，此表是真表无疑，顾客败诉，那家媒体也进行了公开致歉。 最起码要用话语谈明白他到底想要干什么！

投诉、抱怨类的信件也是考试常常涉及到的内容，比如食堂的饭菜不好吃，比如给报纸杂志的主编写一封信说明情况等等。
需要注意的是：投诉信的基本特征是反映问题，诉说原由，目的是解决问题。
写作时可以参考下面的句式：

迫切的敦促或威胁:

一般说来，一封投诉信应包括三个最基本的方面：
1.投诉内容。一般放在信的开头。常用的表达法有：

2.投诉原因。一般讲述对商品质量或售后服务不满意的地方。常用的表达法有：
