DELL的服务真是出了名的差，我有过几次经验，DELL售后人员只要觉得你电脑可以用就算正常，你必须得开不了机，一直开机就黑屏(如果偶尔黑屏是软件等其它原因)才算电脑有问题。总而言之，不管你用得多不爽认为有各种问题，只要你能磕磕碰碰的跑起系统来就算正常。所以买DELL的电脑一定要小心了。

Just like the planners for the Beijing Olympics in 2008, the planners for the London Olympics in 2012 are making sure that the Games will benefit the people of their city. London is planning to hold the most environmentally friendly Olympic Games ever. For example, a wind turbine(涡轮机)is going to be built to the north of the Olympic Park. London's Olympic planners say that it will have blades(叶片)about 40 meters and that they plan to use it after the Games to deliver(传送)energy to homes and businesses in the local area for at least 20 years.
The Olympic Delivery Authority (ODA) plans to use the turbine to proce energy for the Olympic Park in East London. It is expected to proce the same amount of energy that 1,200 homes use in a year. They're also hoping to make a big impression on the thousands of visitors expected in London for the Games. The organizers hope to use the new Channel Tunnel Rail Linkat St Pancras in central London to bring even more people to the Games. Householders are being made to collect their own mail because postmen are not bothering (费力) to deliver parcels (包裹)and letters that must be signed for. Instead, they simply leave cards saying “Sorry you were out” without even ringing the doorbell to check. Customers then have to collect their mail from their local Post Office.
Consumer Watchdog Postwatch said it had received 150 complaints (投诉) from Royal Mail customers across Britain who received “Sorry you were out” notices when they were actually at home.
Most parcels and all recorded delivery letters need to be signed for. But some postmen do not seem to want to wait for householders to answer a knock at the door. Others, employed(雇用) as short-term workers, have been known only to deliver the cards.
“We have had complaints that postmen are leaving these cards even when people are in,” a spokesman for Postwatch said. “And we have also had customers telling us that short-term postmen are not allowed to take signed-for mail to the door, so they had to drop these notices through the letterbox instead. It is completely unacceptable that this mail is not being delivered. The recorded mail service is more expensive and is meant to be a top quality（品质）delivery service, but this is not the case.”
Musician Adrian Bradbury, 38, complained to Postwatch after he received two cards through the letterbox at his South London home while he was there caring for his baby daughter. He ran after the postman, only to find he did not have the parcels with him. 2009年9月25日，2PM美籍韩裔队长朴宰范被翻出其刚到韩国做练习生时在美国官网上留的一些讨厌韩国和韩国人的言论，这些言论在韩国引起了很大的震动，宰范在重压下宣布离队。

JYP公司计划在春节假期后让朴宰范回到韩国并举行新闻发布会，并让其在10年3月重新加入到2PM，但是随后又决定与朴宰范解除协议。

一、基本情况及物品准别
护照：请务必再次查询您的护照是否已经办理以及是否在有效期半年内。
签证：请检查签证是否已经办理妥当。
天气： 泰国属热带季风气候，炎热潮湿。热季从每年的 3到5月，雨季从6到9月，凉季从 10月到翌年2月。全年平均气温28℃，年温差较小。
衣着： 全年可穿着简单夏季服装，喜欢游泳者可自备泳衣及拖鞋，晚间天气较凉，需准备长袖外套，并带好雨具。
时差：比北京时间慢一小时。
语言：主要为泰语和潮州话，英语一般在酒店等适用。
饮水：泰国习惯在饮料中加冰块，酒店自来水不能直接饮用。
日用品：多数酒店不配备牙膏、牙刷等洗漱洗涤用品及拖鞋，请自备。
药物：请带一些常用的药物及紧急医疗用品，以备不时之需。
电压： 220伏特。
电源：泰国的电源插孔都是二孔，50H。（可以参见右图，可携带电源转换器）
购物：曼谷市最繁华的地区是是隆路、思康购物广场及水门区，以燕窝、鱼翅、猪肉干、宝石及本地时装为主，芭塔雅海滩以芭塔雅大街最为热闹。
货币：泰国货币单位为铢（Baht）, 100元人民币约兑换泰铢450铢。
海关： 旅客可免费携带香烟 200支、洋酒一瓶入境。此外各种肉类、植物、蔬菜等禁止入境。根据海关条例，如携带超过5万泰铢或2000美元以上现金入境必须报关。返港旅客，每位旅客限带香烟100支。受保护动物不能携带回港。
注意事项：根据航空公司规定，每位游客只能携带不超过 20公斤的托运行李和一件不超过（55cm×35cm×22cm）的手提行李。为避免不必要的麻烦，请勿擅自取酒店内的任何物品，若要留为纪念，请向酒店购买。
安全提示：不随意帮他人携带或存放任何物品，以免因藏违禁品被检控。在环境卫生较差的地区时，应选择煮熟的食物及包装饮料。夜间避免单独出外，请切记将贵重物品如证件、现金、旅行支票、信用卡、机票、相机等小心随身携带，切勿收藏与行李箱内或留在车中、酒店房间或公共地方。

二、出国前的准备
参加旅游前,最好购买旅游平安及医疗保险，并详细了解保险的项目，以确保自身的权益。 自备常用药品或外用药膏，避免携带粉状药物，以免被误为毒品，孕妇、年长者或健康状况不良者，宜有家人随行，且应先到医院索取附有中文说明的英文诊断书备用。途中如身体不适，不随便吃别人的药，宜告知领队安排就医。 出国前应将行程、国外住宿旅馆电话号码及所参加的旅行社联络电话告知家人，如系个人自助旅行，亦应随时与家人保持联系。 携带数张照片备用，另将机票、护照、签证、结汇收据、信用卡等证件影印一份，并与正本分开携带，以备挂失，或申请补发。

三、泰国出入境有关规定
（一）泰国入境所需证件为：有效期至少为6个月的护照、出入境卡（正联入境时收、副联出境时收）、出入境卡须用英文填写，其中姓名需用大写字母。
（二）入境手续：将出入境卡夹在护照中经移民官员办理入境手续后，到航站取出托运行李，然后拿海关申报单（如需要）到海关检查处接受检查后出海关。旅游者可以带入的免税物品包括香烟200支，酒1公斤。
（三）出境手续：泰国移民局收去出境卡，并办理离境手续，在护照上加盖出境章。接受安全检查。泰国出境携带泰币不得超过5万铢。
（四）泰国出入境规定较严，游客赴泰国短期观光旅游，须持有泰国大使馆签发的签证。在泰国观光旅游期间，随时要接受移民官员的检查，如超过签证期限，每超过一天被罚款泰币200铢，但最高罚金不得超过2万铢。
（五）所有宗教性和国家文物一律禁止进行贸易。旅客携带古董和佛像出境必须事先向泰国国家艺术厅申请批准证。任何商人在泰国逗留期间所赚取的收入必须缴付所得税。所有色情物品、毒品和武器一律禁止进出口，违法者会受到严厉处罚。
（六）根据泰国有关规定，允许携带入境免税品数量为：1公斤的甜酒或烈酒、50支雪茄、250克烟丝或200支香烟以及5卷胶卷或3卷电影胶片；动植物不准携带入境。旅客可从免税商店购买1公斤酒、200支烟以及一架照相机、一架摄影机和个人佩带的珠宝装饰品等出境。 有关规定以泰国官方公告为准。泰国曼谷机场海关咨询电话：0066-2-5351269, 5351569, 5351153或5355044。

四、泰国交通注意事项
1. 行车走路靠左行，并遵守交通规则。
2. 搭车旅行时，随时注意自己放置财物的位置。
3. 搭乘出租车时先记下车号，以便能迅速找回遗忘在车内的物品。
4. 在巴士内及公共场所，要特别留意扒手会故意来挤撞你，使您分心后再下手偷窃。
5. 随时携带饭店的名片，万一迷失方向时可用。
6. 避免单独在宁静的街道或是荒凉的地区步行。

五、在泰国购物注意事项
不携带太多现金，尽量使用信用卡、旅行支票，同一物品用信用卡付款时宜一次结清，使用信用卡时，应先确认收据上之金额，再予签字。注意保管钱包及贵重物品。即使在照相时，或上洗手间，亦应随身携带，皮包拉链拉好，皮包背在胸前为宜，旅行包、背包虽然便利，却常是小偷偷窃的对象。 货比三家不吃亏，购买高价物品时，宜多比较，因为大多物品在购买后不可以退货，购买时记得索取完整的收据。 您所购买的珠宝宜随身携带而不得以邮寄方式出境，珠宝及蓝宝石在泰国是有分级制的，购买后应向商店索取购买证明。 不接受陌生人所提供的游览及自由采购等服务。 选择各地的百货公司购物，价格较合理且可获品质保证。尊重泰国特殊的宗教信仰，但亦要预防以宗教信仰之由被迫购物。 不消费或购买受保护的野生动物及其制品。

六、参加水上活动须知
参加水上活动宜结伴同行，并了解活动场地是否合法及器材是否正当使用和操作，听从专业教练指导，潜水装备不能替代游泳能力，不会游泳者，不要尝试。乘坐游艇及水上摩托艇，不跨越安全海域，不在水上摩托艇、快艇、降落伞等水上活动范围区内游泳。 注意活动区域之安全标示、救援设备及救生人员设置地点。 应注意自己的身体状况，有心脏病、高血压、感冒 、发烧、饮酒及餐后，不参加水上活动及潜水，感觉身体疲倦、寒冷时，应立即离水上岸。避免长时间浸在水中及曝晒在阳光下，亦不长时间憋气潜水、头晕导致溺毙；潜入水里时不使用耳塞，因压力会使耳塞冲击耳膜造成伤害。潜水时勿以头部先入水，并应携带漂浮装备。

七、泰国旅游小知识
流通货币
泰国的流通货币是泰铢，分纸币和硬币两种。纸币的票面币值分别是1000、500、100、50 和 20。硬币分为10、5、1 和更小币值的硬币。最小硬币的币值为25分，在流通中并不被广泛使用。
大部分外币的种类可在银行和换钱机兑换。
自动取款机(ATM’s )在泰国使用很普遍。设有英文菜单(在一些大型商场里有的还提供中文菜单)，带有Cirrus标记的国际取款卡在大多数的自动取款机都可以使用，但可能要收取相应较多的手续费用

小费：
泰国是一个小费制国家，给小费也是肯定别人对你服务的一部份。给小费的场合一般也就是在餐厅用餐，打车和住酒店时。

换钱：
建议您出行前在中国银行用人民币直接换成泰铢，汇率大约为1人民币=4.7泰铢，但是不建议换太多，如果用不完带回国内换回人民币会造成一定的汇兑损失，在泰国有些消费也可以刷信用卡，如您持有国内银行双币信用卡是最佳选择，银联卡在泰国部分大型商城等可以使用。
在泰国直接用人民币换泰铢，在汇率上比较吃亏，所以也可以选择用美金来换。当然也可以找到一些兑换率比较高的地点。一般在机场那边兑换率是较低的。

通信：
从泰国打长途回国一般是10~15Baht一分钟，可以投币也可以使用有人值守的那一种。ADSL上网是30Baht一小时，还有从泰国寄明信片回国邮资是14Baht。

推荐的购物商场：
1. central world plaza （网上所说的central chit/Istean/Zen都是指这个地方）10：00-21：00。轻轨有到，是CHITLOM站下，1号出口，走过去会经过一个holiday inn和一个很高档的商场。
2． Big C (就在central world plaza 对面)看上去有些破破烂烂，但还是有些可逛的
3． 周末市场（Chatuchak Market），轻轨最后一站Mo Chit便是了，开放时间：8am---6pm这个市场是属于让人很难说清楚的地方，非常大的面积（据说相当于40个足球场），它实在是包罗万象，而且价格相差悬殊，买不买到东西取决于2样东西：1是运气，2是耐心。
