go to the cinema，加the表示特指，意思去"去電影院"，但是去電影院干什麼不一定！而go to cinema指的是去電影院看電影！
類似的用法很多！go to school 上學，go to the school指的去學校，但是不一定是去上學。
go to hospital去醫院看醫生，go to the hospital 去醫院，但是不一定就是去看病，說不定去那兒有別的事兒。
