1、打開你要投訴的淘寶訂單,點擊物流信息。

1、閱讀運單背書條款後再填寫運單
運單及背書是消費者與快遞公司之間簽訂的運輸合同。由於沒有快遞行業合同法律規范或者司法解釋,各地法院大多使用《經濟合同法》。但即使均依據《經濟合同法》條款進行判決,各法院的判決結果也不盡相同。
因此,消費者在寄遞前一定要看清楚關於保險、賠償、免責等條款。如果是每天快件量較大的客戶,建議與快遞公司另外簽訂保護自身合法利益的快遞合同。
對於填寫運單,要把寄件人與收件人的聯系電話、收件人地址填寫准確,否則可能會給派送造成麻煩,或在退回快件時找不到退回地址和發件人。
2、貴重物品要購買保險
一般價值2000元以上的物品,如手機、手錶、電腦、照相機、首飾、高檔服裝、藝術品等建議要購買保險。並在保險貨物名稱的欄目內上正確的填寫物品名稱,保險金額、價值,避免理賠時產生糾紛,同時申報價值也需如實填寫。
有些快遞運輸保險是有免陪額的,如申報的保險額是5000元,但實際可能只賠4700元,其中有300元是免賠額。因此,一定要向快遞公司咨詢清楚,必要時要求其請提供書面的說明。險費率一般為0.1%至1%之間,如果保險費率過高,建議與其它快遞公司的價格與保險費比較後再作權衡。
3、交接快件簽名與保存運單
將快件交給快遞業務員時,除自己在運單簽名外,要求其必須簽名,簽名應與佩戴的胸牌一致。這是具有法律意義的交接。運單除了是運輸合同外,還是寄遞快件的憑證,在送達寄件人之前千萬不要丟棄。
4、先驗貨後簽收
對於包裹類快件,在接收時仔細查看外包裝,看是否有拆開、污染等痕跡。根據《快遞服務標准》,快遞公司有義務讓收件人開箱驗貨後再簽收。
如果有的快遞公司不執行此項標准,可以選擇拒絕簽收;如果急需該物品,而快遞公司拒不接受開箱驗貨,可以在運單上標注「未開箱驗收貨物內容」之類的說明。對於電子商務的「網購」商品,可以與賣家約定開箱驗貨的條款並要求賣家寫在運單上。
如果開箱驗貨後出現短缺、破損等情況,可以採取退回或讓快遞業務員寫書面材料證明、拍照,並立即打電話通知商家或快遞公司客服人員(記住客服人員、快遞業務員的姓名或編號)。
