『貳』 亞馬遜如何投訴品牌侵權賣家

投訴郵件里要說明以下幾點

(1）你是品牌的擁有者，沒有授權給對方，未經授權就出售自己專的商品，對方是在賣屬假貨

(2）你已聯系對方，確定對方不是自己的經銷商，對方也無法提供品牌授權書注意你要先給跟賣者發警告信，請對方提供品牌授權書，如果無法提供，請撤銷lisitng,否則就要去投訴對方
(3）您的產品、包裝上都有自己的商標logo，並且已展示在圖片中。

『叄』 如何向Amazon發起侵權投訴

如果你已經向Amazon市場所在國家/地區的知識產權注冊屬遞交了專利申請，拿到專利申請證書後，你將可以開始對在Amazon銷售你同樣商品的賣家提起投訴。

我國消費者權益保護法規定：消費者在購買、使用商品時，其合法權益受到損害的專，可以向銷售者屬要求賠償。消費者或者其他受害人因商品缺陷造成人身、財產損害的，可以向銷售者要求賠償，也可以向生產者要求賠償。
看你被侵權的程度，如果達到人身財產損害的，可以找銷售者，也可以直接找廠家。

『捌』 亞馬遜上的產品被投訴侵權怎麼辦

第一、要確定投訴方的權利是否有效，比如專利是否提供專利證書以及專利是否有效，用以版投訴的商權標類別是否相同或者近似，版權是否尚在保護期內以及是否具有獨創性等。
第二、要將被投訴產品與投訴方的知識產權進行比對，以確定是否侵權。

商品詳情頁面侵權：如果你的商標在商品詳情頁面上被使用，但所售商品並非你的商品，那麼可以舉報此商品詳情頁面上商標的使用存在侵權行為。
