㈡ 處理顧客投訴時有哪些注意事項
胡攪蠻纏型
人物述描：這種顧客不想真正的解決問題，而是想從中謀取更大的利益，甚至會採取威脅、恐嚇等手段。
對待方法：對於這種顧客你一旦給其一點甜頭，他就會「順桿而上」，提出更多無理的要求。所以對待這種顧客一定要堅持原則，不要輕易妥協。 案例：這也是筆者此前曾經發布過的一個典型案例。一對富豪夫婦在我商場買了一塊勞力士表，但回去後發現表背面寫著MADEIN CHINA，在經誤導後，找到我們的副總經理。副總經理在未弄清事情原委的前提下，為了息事寧人，欲選擇私了，賠償顧客2萬元錢。但這位顧客一看商場理虧，卻得勢不饒人，欲在退還表款的前提下，再行索賠10萬元。副總無權決定，此顧客為了造成影響，將此事捅上媒體，並在商場門前散發報紙，散布商場賣假表的謠言。後雙方打上法庭，經權威部門鑒定，此表是真表無疑，顧客敗訴，那家媒體也進行了公開致歉。 最起碼要用話語談明白他到底想要干什麼！

㈣ 投訴信怎麽寫

需要注意的是：投訴信的基本特徵是反映問題，訴說原由，目的是解決問題。
寫作時可以參考下面的句式：

迫切的敦促或威脅:

一般說來，一封投訴信應包括三個最基本的方面：
1.投訴內容。一般放在信的開頭。常用的表達法有：

I am going to complain about ...
I am sorry to have to return with this letter... which I received/bought...
2.投訴原因。一般講述對商品質量或售後服務不滿意的地方。常用的表達法有：

3.希望得到的結果。常用的表達法有：
Please let me know what you intend to do in this matter.
