我們每次英語考試，閱讀短文是必考的題。但是，在考試有限的時間里，做閱讀題也是需要一些技巧的，下面我總結了一些我自己的英語閱讀方法。
1.當你閱讀短文時，首先弄清楚後面每題的要求後，快速瀏覽短文的大意，知道主題就行了。然後再帶著問題讀短文，在速讀的過程中，盡可能的多捕捉一些信息。因為我們必須在十分有限的時間里來快速閱讀短文的大意。
2.千萬不要被某個生單詞絆著。最好的方法是通過上下文猜測，看一看，不認識的單詞是不是在上下文其他的地方出現，這樣兩處一作比較，你就會猜出它真正的詞義。有時即使你，字典也無法提供給你的。（何況考試時是不允許帶字典的）我們要學會順藤摸瓜。哈哈！這招兒我試過，你也試試吧。
3.要抓住每段的主題句。仔細琢磨，理解透徹。它一般出現在文章的開頭和結尾。但是也有一些短文沒有主題句，需要我們自己去歸納。
4.中心思想往往直接可以從主題句中找到答案的。這樣，針對題目的要求，才能做到又穩又准。
5.英語短文有些話也是有暗示的，如果單憑字面的意思你猜不出它豐富的內容，但在這篇短文的語言環境下，你就知道他所表達的是什麼了。
英語閱讀是我們學習這門語言的科學有效的方法。通過閱讀，可以記憶詞彙，理解語法，還可以學習寫作。不過，學習英語的過程是相當辛苦的，但我相信「梅花香自苦寒來」的道理，只有堅持不懈，才能苦盡甜來，你說是嗎？

先手一句 投訴的英文是complaint，但是國外說投訴熱線都是只說support,他們的意思就是這是專門幫版助顧客的熱線，不會說權complaint
