1.Collection托收
是出口人在貨物裝運後，開具以進口方為付款人的匯票（隨附或不隨付貨運單據），委託出口地銀行通過它在進口地的分行或代理行代出口人收取貨款一種結算方式。屬於商業信用，採用的是逆匯法。
2. Compensation Trade補償貿易
國際貿易中以產品償付進口設備、技術等費用的貿易方式 。它既是一種貿易方式也是一種利用外資的形式。其基本特點是 ：買方以賒購形式向 賣方購進機器設備、技術知識等 ，興建工廠企業 ，投產後以所生產的全部產品、部分產品或雙方商定的其他商品，在一定期限內，逐步償還貸款本息。補償貿易雙方的關系屬於國際貿易范疇內買方與賣方的關系，買方對購進的機器設備或技術知識等，擁有完全的所有權和使用權，賣方在工廠企業內不佔有股份。這種形式既利用了外資，也擴大了商品的銷售渠道。
