在場的各位同學、各位老師,大家好!我是預備一班的雲,今天,有幸在這里作題為《科技與未來》的演講,我既十分的驕傲,卻又有些不安。近幾年來,我們看到了我們偉大的祖國的科技事業的迅猛發展,這讓我為我是個中國人而感到無比的自豪。記得很久以前,手機的用途幾乎只有一個,那就是打電話,可是前幾年,手機有了很大的改變,不僅外觀漂亮多了,而且用途也多了,可以用手機拍照、開會、上網、發簡訊息等等一系列的事情,這讓我們的生活更為方便,也讓我更加領會到了科技的力量,不過,我只是個初出茅廬的學生,對「科技」二字的內容還知之有限,我無法用一些很深奧的理論來闡述科技的玄奇,也無法對各位走上工作崗位的長輩們承諾我所能實現的科技藍圖。但我願意用一個學生的角度來暢想科技與未來。 從基因工程「讓人活到一千歲」的夢想,到納米技術「包你穿衣不用洗」的諾言;從人工智慧「送你一隻可愛機器狗」的溫馨,到轉基因技術「讓老鼠長出人耳朵」的奇觀。不斷有新的科技在誕生,每一個新科技的發現都會讓人們欣喜若狂,因為,這些新科技正在逐步地改善我們的生活,讓我們更加了解自己。就近期而言,中國首先完成了非典病毒全基因組測序,非典現在是全球公認的危害性最大的疾病,可是為什麼別的國家不能首先完成,而我們國家就偏偏完成了呢?很簡單,這說明了我們國家不比別人落後,不比別人差,回頭看看我們祖國的過去,從曾經一個剛剛起步的改革開放的國家到現在的擁有領先的科技水平的大國,我們的祖國經歷了多少的風風雨雨,多少的困難與坎坷,但是我們的祖國還是挺過來了,因為我們的祖國堅信——科技不僅改變命運,還可改變未來。 對於我們這一代人,對社會的普遍感覺是競爭意識強了,學習勁頭足了。科普知識是我們關注的焦點,愛因斯坦、霍金、比爾·蓋茨是我們心目中的明星,計算機科學、現代物理和化學動態更是無時不牽動著我們。我們已經明白科技的重要性,也知道了科技的普遍性。 雖然科技創造新生活的前景引人遐思,令人神往。但是歸根結底是要靠我們共同的努力實現的。作為祖國未來建設的中堅,我們這一代年輕人肩上的擔子的確不輕,新的機遇總是伴著風險與挑戰,但是,我們不會輕易地說放棄,我們用我們的青春向前輩們發誓:決不辜負前輩們對我們的希望。 回望文明的歷程,是科技之光掃盪了人類歷史上蒙昧的黑暗,是科學之火點燃了人類心靈中的熊熊的希望;科技支撐了文明,科技創造著未來,而未來在我們手中。讓我們成為知識的探索者,讓我們在未知的道路上漫遊,讓我用我們的創造力將我們居住的世界變得更美好。

英文演講稿的格式發言稿一般由稱呼語、正文和結束語三部分組成。
稱呼:開始時對聽眾的稱呼語,最常用的是Ladiesandgentlemen,也可根據不同情況,選用其他的表達。
正文:提出論題,必須開門見山,提出論題並進行客觀的論證。
結束語:結尾要簡潔,不要拉拉扯扯,說個沒完。

I am honored to be with you today at your commencement from one of the finest universities in the world. I never graated from college. Truth be told, this is the closest I've ever gotten to a college graation. Today I want to tell you three stories from my life. That's it. No big deal. Just three stories.

The first story is about connecting the dots.

I dropped out of Reed College after the first 6 months, but then stayed around as a drop-in for another 18 months or so before I really quit. So why did I drop out?

It started before I was born. My biological mother was a young, unwed college graate student, and she decided to put me up for adoption. She felt very strongly that I should be adopted by college graates, so everything was all set for me to be adopted at birth by a lawyer and his wife. Except that when I popped out they decided at the last minute that they really wanted a girl. So my parents, who were on a waiting list, got a call in the middle of the night asking: "We have an unexpected baby boy; do you want him?" They said: "Of course." My biological mother later found out that my mother had never graated from college and that my father had never graated from high school. She refused to sign the final adoption papers. She only relented a few months later when my parents promised that I would someday go to college.

And 17 years later I did go to college. But I naively chose a college that was almost as expensive as Stanford, and all of my working-class parents' savings were being spent on my college tuition. After six months, I couldn't see the value in it. I had no idea what I wanted to do with my life and no idea how college was going to help me figure it out. And here I was spending all of the money my parents had saved their entire life. So I decided to drop out and trust that it would all work out OK. It was pretty scary at the time, but looking back it was one of the best decisions I ever made. The minute I dropped out I could stop taking the required classes that didn't interest me, and begin dropping in on the ones that looked interesting.

It wasn't all romantic. I didn't have a dorm room, so I slept on the floor in friends' rooms, I returned coke bottles for the 5¢ deposits to buy food with, and I would walk the 7 miles across town every Sunday night to get one good meal a week at the Hare Krishna temple. I loved it. And much of what I stumbled into by following my curiosity and intuition turned out to be priceless later on. Let me give you one example:

Reed College at that time offered perhaps the best calligraphy instruction in the country. Throughout the campus every poster, every label on every drawer, was beautifully hand calligraphed. Because I had dropped out and didn't have to take the normal classes, I decided to take a calligraphy class to learn how to do this. I learned about serif and san serif typefaces, about varying the amount of space between different letter combinations, about what makes great typography great. It was beautiful, historical, artistically subtle in a way that science can't capture, and I found it fascinating.

None of this had even a hope of any practical application in my life. But ten years later, when we were designing the first Macintosh computer, it all came back to me. And we designed it all into the Mac. It was the first computer with beautiful typography. If I had never dropped in on that single course in college, the Mac would have never had multiple typefaces or proportionally spaced fonts. And since Windows just copied the Mac, its likely that no personal computer would have them. If I had never dropped out, I would have never dropped in on this calligraphy class, and personal computers might not have the wonderful typography that they do. Of course it was impossible to connect the dots looking forward when I was in college. But it was very, very clear looking backwards ten years later.

Again, you can't connect the dots looking forward; you can only connect them looking backwards. So you have to trust that the dots will somehow connect in your future. You have to trust in something - your gut, destiny, life, karma, whatever. This approach has never let me down, and it has made all the difference in my life.

My second story is about love and loss.

I was lucky – I found what I loved to do early in life. Woz and I started Apple in my parents garage when I was 20. We worked hard, and in 10 years Apple had grown from just the two of us in a garage into a billion company with over 4000 employees. We had just released our finest creation - the Macintosh - a year earlier, and I had just turned 30. And then I got fired. How can you get fired from a company you started? Well, as Apple grew we hired someone who I thought was very talented to run the company with me, and for the first year or so things went well. But then our visions of the future began to diverge and eventually we had a falling out. When we did, our Board of Directors sided with him. So at 30 I was out. And very publicly out. What had been the focus of my entire alt life was gone, and it was devastating.

I really didn't know what to do for a few months. I felt that I had let the previous generation of entrepreneurs down - that I had dropped the baton as it was being passed to me. I met with David Packard and Bob Noyce and tried to apologize for screwing up so badly. I was a very public failure, and I even thought about running away from the valley. But something slowly began to dawn on me – I still loved what I did. The turn of events at Apple had not changed that one bit. I had been rejected, but I was still in love. And so I decided to start over.

I didn't see it then, but it turned out that getting fired from Apple was the best thing that could have ever happened to me. The heaviness of being successful was replaced by the lightness of being a beginner again, less sure about everything. It freed me to enter one of the most creative periods of my life.

During the next five years, I started a company named NeXT, another company named Pixar, and fell in love with an amazing woman who would become my wife. Pixar went on to create the worlds first computer animated feature film, Toy Story, and is now the most successful animation studio in the world. In a remarkable turn of events, Apple bought NeXT, I retuned to Apple, and the technology we developed at NeXT is at the heart of Apple's current renaissance. And Laurene and I have a wonderful family together.

I'm pretty sure none of this would have happened if I hadn't been fired from Apple. It was awful tasting medicine, but I guess the patient needed it. Sometimes life hits you in the head with a brick. Don't lose faith. I'm convinced that the only thing that kept me going was that I loved what I did. You've got to find what you love. And that is as true for your work as it is for your lovers. Your work is going to fill a large part of your life, and the only way to be truly satisfied is to do what you believe is great work. And the only way to do great work is to love what you do. If you haven't found it yet, keep looking. Don't settle. As with all matters of the heart, you'll know when you find it. And, like any great relationship, it just gets better and better as the years roll on. So keep looking until you find it. Don't settle.

My third story is about death.
我的第三個故事是關於死亡的。
When I was 17, I read a quote that went something like: "If you live each day as if it was your last, someday you'll most certainly be right." It made an impression on me, and since then, for the past 33 years, I have looked in the mirror every morning and asked myself: "If today were the last day of my life, would I want to do what I am about to do today?" And whenever the answer has been "No" for too many days in a row, I know I need to change something.
當我十七歲的時候, 我讀到了一句話:「如果你把每一天都當作生命中最後一天去生活的話,那麼有一天你會發現你是正確的。」這句話給我留下了深刻的印象。從那時開始,過了33年,我在每天早晨都會對著鏡子問自己:「如果今天是我生命中的最後一天, 你會不會完成你今天想做的事情呢?」當答案連續很多次被給予「不是」的時候, 我知道自己需要改變某些事情了。
Remembering that I'll be dead soon is the most important tool I've ever encountered to help me make the big choices in life. Because almost everything – all external expectations, all pride, all fear of embarrassment or failure - these things just fall away in the face of death, leaving only what is truly important. Remembering that you are going to die is the best way I know to avoid the trap of thinking you have something to lose. You are already naked. There is no reason not to follow your heart.

About a year ago I was diagnosed with cancer. I had a scan at 7:30 in the morning, and it clearly showed a tumor on my pancreas. I didn't even know what a pancreas was. The doctors told me this was almost certainly a type of cancer that is incurable, and that I should expect to live no longer than three to six months. My doctor advised me to go home and get my affairs in order, which is doctor's code for prepare to die. It means to try to tell your kids everything you thought you'd have the next 10 years to tell them in just a few months. It means to make sure everything is buttoned up so that it will be as easy as possible for your family. It means to say your goodbyes.

I lived with that diagnosis all day. Later that evening I had a biopsy, where they stuck an endoscope down my throat, through my stomach and into my intestines, put a needle into my pancreas and got a few cells from the tumor. I was sedated, but my wife, who was there, told me that when they viewed the cells under a microscope the doctors started crying because it turned out to be a very rare form of pancreatic cancer that is curable with surgery. I had the surgery and I'm fine now.

This was the closest I've been to facing death, and I hope its the closest I get for a few more decades. Having lived through it, I can now say this to you with a bit more certainty than when death was a useful but purely intellectual concept:

And that is as it should be, because Death is very likely the single best invention of Life. It is Life's change agent. It clears out the old to make way for the new. Right now the new is you, but someday not too long from now, you will graally become the old and be cleared away. Sorry to be so dramatic, but it is quite true.

Your time is limited, so don't waste it living someone else's life. Don't be trapped by dogma - which is living with the results of other people's thinking. Don't let the noise of other's opinions drown out your own inner voice. And most important, have the courage to follow your heart and intuition. They somehow already know what you truly want to become. Everything else is secondary.
When I was young, there was an amazing publication called The Whole Earth Catalog, which was one of the bibles of my generation. It was created by a fellow named Stewart Brand not far from here in Menlo Park, and he brought it to life with his poetic touch. This was in the late 1960's, before personal computers and desktop publishing, so it was all made with typewriters, scissors, and polaroid cameras. It was sort of like Google in paperback form, 35 years before Google came along: it was idealistic, and overflowing with neat tools and great notion
Stewart and his team put out several issues of The Whole Earth Catalog, and then when it had run its course, they put out a final issue. It was the mid-1970s, and I was your age. On the back cover of their final issue was a photograph of an early morning country road, the kind you might find yourself hitchhiking on if you were so adventurous. Beneath it were the words: "Stay Hungry. Stay Foolish." It was their farewell message as they signed off. Stay Hungry. Stay Foolish. And I have always wished that for myself. And now, as you graate to begin anew, I wish that for you.
Stay Hungry. Stay Foolish.

我是來自北京中遠物流的田征,很高興能代表團委參加這次的演講比賽,將廣大青年員工的優秀事跡與在座的每一位分享。我的演講題目是「創新促發展,青春勇擔當」。
青春,因夢想而絢麗,因奮斗而精彩。人們贊美青春、珍愛青春,緣於青春是生命中風華正茂的多彩花季,是打牢人生根基的黃金時期,是成就美好夢想的萌生時節。青春最大的魅力,不僅在它的銳氣和勇氣、夢想和希望,更在於它的生命中萌動著的創造力和創新精神。青年是社會上最富活力、最具創造性的群體,理應走在創新隊伍的前列。創新是一個國家強盛的發動機,是一個民族進步的靈魂,更是一個公司發展的動力源泉。

在北京中遠物流工程物流部有這樣一支集體,他們用自己的專業技能,創先爭優,攻堅克難,通過打造項目團隊的凝聚力與核心競爭力,在北京重大件物流市場上開創了一片天地,他們就是北重阿爾斯通項目部。這是一支團結、向上、充滿朝氣的年輕的集體,項目部現有人員 9 名,35歲以下的青年員工 6 名,占項目部員工的 70%。自2006年起承擔定子全程物流運輸任務以來,項目部迄今已順利完成了包括中國本土、瑞士、英國、荷蘭、非洲等33台規格不同的重大件定子發電機物流運輸任務,創造了可觀的經濟效益和社會效益。如何讓價值近數千萬歐元,集超高、超寬、超重於一體的龐然大物經過23個轉彎,跨越42座橋梁,12座涵洞,穿越豐台、石景山、大興、海淀四個區成功從北重工廠穿越北京城常常考驗著項目組。這不僅關繫到設備、財產的安全,更關繫到生命安全和北京中遠物流的社會責任和社會形象。項目部定期組織員工學習大件運輸的最新理論知識,圍繞運輸線路選擇、貨物裝卸和加固等技術方案和應急預案等進行內部高強度培訓。為了克服運輸中的種種難點,項目部還研究採用了國內最先進的橋式車組運輸方式,以最大限度適應道路要求。除此之外, 項目部還自行編制了《超重型車輛運輸操作規則》、《定子季節運輸應急方案》,開發了「橋上橋」技術,制定了運輸前協調會制度,這些精心准備目的只有一個,那就是確保定子運輸的萬無一失。項目組先後27次成功地將價值近數千萬歐元定子穿越北京,完成國內外綜合物流「交鑰匙」工程,目前該項目實現無生產責任事故安全運輸達15000多公里。北重阿爾斯通項目部秉承中遠物流「物暢其流、傳遞文明」的企業使命,按照「務實、協調、創新、進取」的企業精神,保持嚴謹、認真、規范的工作態度,多次刷新北京市區大件運輸的紀錄。項目部更是先後榮獲中遠物流系統「雙學一創」文明窗口、「中遠集團青年文明號」以及「中央企業青年文明號」等集體榮譽稱號,他們的定子運輸方案榮獲第六屆中國國際物流節2010年」解決經典方案大獎」。 七年來,項目部先後培養和輸送了6名骨幹人才,為公司業務發展做出了突出的貢獻。七年來,項目部全體員工在項目中磨礪,在困難中成長,他們用敬業與學識踐行著對企業的責任與義務,踐行著科學發展觀。他們以科學的管理和專業的技術為客戶提供優質的服務,在平凡中體現秩序,在困境中前進發展。「勇於爭先,永不止步」將作為北重阿爾斯通項目部的精神傳承下去,激勵著更多團員青年開拓奮進,不斷前行。

朋友,你認識創新嗎?創新其實是一個夢想。
中國古代曾有一個人,背負紙做的翅膀,義無反顧地縱身跳下高高的山崖,希冀像鳥兒一樣飛翔在晴空。在粉身碎骨跳下的一瞬間,他是否隱約看到了碧空中可以自由翱翔的飛機?
英國有一位作家,在他一生的作品中,盡情幻想,將熱氣球、潛水艇、電報提前了幾十、甚至幾百年帶入我們的生活。在凡爾納下筆的一剎那,他是否已經預先看到了遙遠的未來?
夢想標示著豐富的想像力,想像力為創新提供源泉。創新從夢想中蛻變,以夢想為根,受夢想澆灌。像永不失天真的愛因斯坦吹出的肥皂泡,在空冥的大地上,不斷破滅又不斷上升。

然而挖掘不是最難,最難的是那意識的產生。你一定游過泳,一定玩過水,你一定感受到過水的壓力,但你能說,你可以造出浮力定律嗎?甚至你敢說,會想到用水來稱象嗎?恐怕不敢吧?生活中許多事情就是這樣,在你經歷時,就已觸摸到創新的邊緣了,然而我們卻沒有那個觀念,有意識地將創新完成。
作為大學生,我們的知識仍然貧乏,也許我們不能有多少偉大的具體的創新。但是我們一定要培養我們的創新意識。這意識中包含著許多內容。首先,我們要學會夢想,學會不為現實堵塞我們的天真,不時地做一做童年的夢,想一想飛上火星的浪漫,想一想生活於外太空的美妙。不要只盯著別墅、跑車,做物質的奴隸。然後,讓我們學會懷疑與批判。不要嚇倒在老師那威嚴的面孔下,不要認為凡是印成了鉛字的東西就是真理。昆德拉說:「人類一思考,上帝就發笑。」相信自己,堅持懷疑,敢於批判,不懼,方顯英雄本色。再次,讓我們深沉一下,穩重一點,不妨壓抑一下青春的律動,多思考一些東西,多研究一些學問,不要有了一個奇特的創意,一個未聞的發現就妄自高興,而到實踐時卻束手無策。最後也是最重要的,就是要培養自己的創新意識,尤其是對專業中新事物的敏感度。倫琴因為一張被感光了的底片,意識到X射線的存在,最終獲得第一屆諾貝爾獎,牛頓因為一隻落下的蘋果而發現萬有引力。他們對於專業的敏銳,是我們在學習中真正要掌握到手的知識。

記得很久以前,手機的用途幾乎只有一個,那就是打電話,可是幾年之後,手機有了很大的改變,不僅外觀漂亮多了,而且用途也多了,漸漸的可以用手機發簡訊了,可以用手機上網了,可以用手機拍照了,再後來蘋果觸控手機橫空出世,咱們才有了今天的.觸控體驗,這些都是一些不得了的創新,都可以直接導致一個行業的重新洗牌,可是仔細看看,發簡訊不過是用電子手段寫信件,上網是在手機行業引入互聯網,拍照更是生硬,直接把相機按到手機上,還有現在如日中天的蘋果,也不過是將觸控技術應用到手機,這些也正是現在最普通的組合創新

I think the creativity roots in imagination. Albert Einstein said that imagination is important than knowledge. Because we should creative a thing that is never appeared, we need to image.
