B. 國家知識產權局專業考試如何准備

1. 你指的應該是國家知識產權局舉行的專利代理人資格考試吧。這個考試一共考三個科目回風別是：專利法律知答識、相關法律知識、專利代理實務。

2. 根據這三個科目的考試內容，對於第一個科目來說，要求考生要熟悉中國的專利法和專利實施細則熟悉，並且熟悉審查指南的編寫體系，知道整個專利審查和專利事務的概貌；對第二個科目則要求要熟悉國際法、代理條例、檢索、專利分類、刑法（七宗罪）等相關法律知識；對第三個科目則是要求考生能夠准確掌握並綜合運用《專利法》《專利法實施細則》《專利審查指南2010》以及其他有關規定,撰寫能有效而又合理地保護發明創造的說明書和權利要求書,撰寫能夠依法充分維護委託人利益的答復審查意見的意見陳述書、無效宣告請求書以及針對無效宣告請求的意見陳述書。

C. 如何准備國家知識專利局筆試和面試

一、專業考試
（一）參加專業考試的條件
凡是進入國家知識產權局面試名單的人員，均要參加個性測試（筆試形式）和專業考試。
（二）專業考試時間、地點和乘車路線
1、專業考試時間：2012年2月20日（周一）下午
13:30——14:10 個性測試
14:30——16:30 專業考試
2、專業考試地點：國家知識產權局（北京市海淀區薊門橋西土城路6號）
3、請參加專業考試的考生，於2月20日上午：10:00－11:00攜帶本人身份證到國家知識產權局西門領取准考證。
4、考試時請攜帶身份證、公務員考試准考證、專業考試准考證提前15分鍾到達考場。
5、乘車路線:
北京站：出站後乘坐地鐵2號線到「建國門」站換乘1號線到「國貿」站，再換乘10號線到「西土城」站下，往南走1000米左右薊門橋東北角即到。或從北京站乘坐地鐵到「西直門」站下車，轉乘公交375、21、392、632、490、438路等到「薊門橋」站下車即到。
北京西站北廣場：乘坐21、387路到「薊門橋」站下車即到。
北京北站：乘坐375、392、632、490、438路車到「薊門橋」站下車即到。
（三）專業考試要求
1、參加專業英語考試的考生，請攜帶身份證（必須與公共科目考試時使用的身份證一致）、公務員考試准考證和專業考試准考證《考試報名登記表》（從國家公務員局網站下載並粘貼照片）。
2、個性測試須攜帶2B 鉛筆、橡皮；專業考試時可以攜帶書本式英語詞典，但不得攜帶筆記材料以及電子類工具。
二、面試
（一）面試時間和地點
1、面試的具體時間和地點見附件「面試名單及時間地點」。上午面試的考生8：50之前進入候考室；下午面試的考生13：20之前進入候考室，遲到者取消面試資格。
2、錄用計劃數與參加面試人數比例達到1:3及以上的，面試後按綜合成績從高到低的順序確定考察和體檢人選；錄用計劃數與參加面試人數比例低於1:3的，考生面試成績不低於70分（滿分100分）方可進入考察。
3、考生參加面試時，應攜帶以下證件原件和復印件一份：本人身份證、學生證或工作證、公務員考試准考證、英語級別證書或成績、計算機等級證書、本科（含）以後各階段的成績單（非應屆生可從檔案中復印並加蓋檔案管理機構公章）和本科（含）以後各階段的學歷、學位證書。應屆畢業生還需提供所在學校蓋章的「報名推薦表」（可從國家公務員局網站下載）。
4、面試地點：局1號樓、2號樓在國家知識產權局院內；庚坊國際在海淀區花園路甲13號（美廉美超市南側）；銀谷大廈在海淀區北四環路與中關村東路交叉口東北角。
三、體檢
（一）凡是進入國家知識產權局面試名單的人員，均須進行體檢。
（二）體檢時間：2011年2月21日（周二）上午
8：00在國家知識產權局西門集合。
（三）體檢注意事項
1、我局組織的體檢是在公務員主管部門指定的機構進行。報考者在體檢過程中，有意隱瞞影響錄用的疾病或者是病史的，不予錄用。報考者在體檢過程中有串通體檢工作人員作弊或者請他人頂替體檢以及交換、替換化驗樣本等作弊行為的，體檢結果無效、不予錄用，並按公務員錄用違紀違規相關規定予以處理。
2、考生在體檢的當天早晨須空腹，體檢時攜帶本人身份證，體檢後可在體檢點免費就餐一次。
3、為了准確反映體檢者的真實狀況，請注意以下事項：
（1）體檢前三天請盡量保持正常清淡飲食，不要飲酒，避免劇烈運動，不要熬夜。
（2）建議體檢當日不要化妝，以免影響醫生對疾病的判斷；不要穿戴太復雜的服裝，以方便體檢；不要佩戴金屬飾物（X光檢查前應除下上身佩帶的金屬性物品）；體檢過程中注意保管好個人物品。
（3）近視者請體檢時帶眼鏡檢查（只要矯正視力達標也合格）（帶隱形眼鏡需向醫務人員說明情況）。
（4）懷孕或可能已經懷孕者，請預先告知醫護人員，勿做Χ光檢查。
（5）婦科檢查，已婚做體內，未婚進行體外檢查。
（6）月經期間，請勿進行尿液和婦科檢查，待經期結束後3-5天再進行補檢。
（7）做尿常規留取尿標本時，需要保持外陰清潔並請留中段尿標本，以確保化驗結果的准確性；女士留取尿標本應避開月經期（經後至少3天）。
（8）請配合醫生認真檢查所有項目，勿漏檢。若自動放棄某一檢查項目，將會影響錄用。
（9）體檢醫師可根據實際需要，增加必要的檢查、檢驗項目。
（10）如對體檢結果有疑義，請按國家有關規定辦理。

D. 求助公務員考試國家知識產權局復試筆試和面試的形式以及問題，注意是國考知識產權局的，不是審協中心的

國家公務員考試，「國家知識產權局」考試科目：
1）筆試科目：「省級以上（含副省級）職專位」類行測、申屬論。
2）凡進入面試名單人員，均須參加職業性格測試(在線測試)、專業科目考試。
3）面試是結構化、無領導小組討論形式。
面試名單會公布「專業考試教室及時間，面試形式、時間及候考室，體檢時間 」。
專業英語考試，專業科目考試可以攜帶書本式英語詞典，但不得攜帶筆記材料以及各類電子工具。
考核時限2小時。

E. 國家知識產權局專利局專利審查協作廣東中心筆試

剛考完。

第一部分：職業能力測試。考察語言能力，邏輯推理能力以及簡回單的數據統計。限時答30分鍾

第二部分：英文專利翻譯三篇。試題內容因報考職位而異，大多數人都沒法全部翻譯完。限時2小時。

第三部分：中文寫作。人生的精彩。500-1000字議論文，限時30分鍾。
