Ⅶ asp源碼版權問題
asp程序可以登記中華人民共和軟體著作權，版權登記予以保護；登記費用也很便宜。但鑒於國內回對版權保答護執法力度不夠，還可能需要在程序本身防止盜用。
1，申請登記版權 ---法律上的保護
2，asp程序採用com組件開發（伺服器上需要注冊你開發好的com組件），這樣即使被盜，他們也看不到你核心源碼，並且在com組件裡面加入合法判斷，使不合法的無法復制使用。
3，.net可以直接編譯類庫到dll，不需要伺服器注冊。

asp網站源碼放上去之後，只要你去除了靜態可以顯示版權相關的東西之後，動態的寫法語法什麼的，別人根本看不到，所以你只需要修復漏洞就好了，如果你練版面都不改一下就用了，那麼別人就知道是用他的了，不過現在很少有源碼是有版權的，都是一個模板你改改我改改，然後就糊弄人說是自己寫的，真正自己寫的太少了，自己寫的一般都是CMS的，那種比較難改，不過你只要能改得好一點，根本沒可能看得出你用他的改的。

好像有不少人都不會修改老Y的文章系統的這個版權東西，以前我以為很難，特意下了一內個，結果一看很簡單，容不會的都是那種對代碼完全不會的，就想修改修改自己用的，用deamweaver打開看看都知道怎麼改了。
老Y這個東西就只能騙一下新手，遇到老手一點作用都沒有。v2.4這個東西在INC文件夾下的config.asp裡面，第163行
